Description Villa Alex
Very nice tropical villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In total 8 guests can sleep. Private pool and close to beach.
Sleeps:
-1 bedroom with king on second floor with bathoom on first floor
-2 bedrooms on first floor with ensuite bathrooms
-2 extra sleeping places in the salon on the wall sofas. For example for kids. But they are large enough for adults as well.
Fully furnished and equipped kitchen. Separate laundry room.
TV and internet and backup electricity inversor system.
Large outdoor terrace with comfortable seating/lounge areas with outdoor tv as well. Nice garden lights.
Villa has its own private parking space for 1 car. Small gated community and with watchmen.
Villa is at 5 minutes walk from Punta Popi beach in Las Terrenas.
Daily maid.
