Villa Salim is a beautiful large two-story, four bedroom villa located in Punta Bonita, within a gated community with 24-hour security. The villa is within walking distance from Playa Bonita, a beautiful tropical beach lined up with small international hotels, bars and restaurants and blessed with a yearlong ocean breeze.

The house is fully furnished, and offers air conditioning, ceiling fans and private bathrooms in all four bedrooms. Three of which are located on the 1st floor with two full-size beds each, with the master bedroom being more secluded up on the 2nd floor and equipped with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and its own large private bathroom.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, with integrated breakfast counter, a dinning table capable of sitting up to eight people, living room, and a family room with a full-size sofa-bed, cable TV, DVD player and a mid-size, yet portable AM/FM radio with a CD player.
The area opens out to a nice back terrace with four ceiling fans, a restroom and plenty of seating space leading out to a large swimming pool with jacuzzi and waterfall. Nice wooden deck and lounge chairs around the pool, along with a gas grill for barbecues. Washing and drying machine. TV, internet services available.
